The original watch worked because one neighbor kept an eye on the next one's property. That instinct never went away — but the watching moved outside the home, to cameras, video doorbells, and lighting pointed at driveways, walkways, and front doors around the clock.

The Totality Secure™ Safe Neighborhoods Program™ takes those separate exterior setups and organizes them into one connected picture for the whole community. No camera stops at the property line, so one home's coverage laps over the next — and enough overlapping views cover streets, sidewalks, and entrances instead of single addresses. Joining is voluntary and covered by a neighborhood subscription, and every homeowner keeps control of their own devices and footage.
