It applies the same idea — neighbors helping keep an eye on each other's property — to the security already installed outside people's homes. Exterior cameras, video doorbells, and motion lighting cover driveways, walkways, and front doors around the clock, and each one sees past its own property line. The program organizes those setups so the views overlap across the neighborhood instead of leaving each household on its own.
No. Homeowners keep full control of their own devices, accounts, and footage. The program works at the neighborhood level — organizing coverage, readiness, and improvement steps — and does not pool, view, or redistribute resident video.

A subscribing neighborhood receives exclusive access to its Community Secure Score™ reports, which provide a recurring, organized view of neighborhood security conditions, community readiness, and program progress.
The Totality Secure™ Score is proprietary and multi-factor. The complete scoring methodology is not published. Reports are designed to give neighborhoods an organized, recurring view of conditions and progress rather than a one-time rating.
