The Totality Secure™ Safe Neighborhoods Program™ is a voluntary, subscription-based community-readiness program that connects the cameras, video doorbells, smart locks, and lighting your neighbors already own into coordinated coverage. Use this form to register a neighborhood — an HOA, association, management group, builder, developer, or resident-led community can begin the conversation.
A subscribing neighborhood receives exclusive access to its Community Secure Score™ reports: a recurring, organized view of neighborhood security conditions, community readiness, and program progress. Residents may voluntarily register once their neighborhood participates.

Someone in your community may have already built a neighborhood profile. Search by neighborhood, subdivision, or city before you start a new registration.
Search shows neighborhood name, location, and community size only. Resident names, contact details, and private profile links are never shown here.
What to have ready
- Applicant name and a contact email
- Neighborhood or development name and location
- Approximate number of homes or properties
- HOA, management company, or developer context
- Current safety priorities or board discussion timeline
