The Totality Secure™ Safe Neighborhoods Program™ welcomes neighborhoods, subdivisions, and community associations across the United States — with or without an HOA. Answer a few quick questions and see where your community stands before you register. Nothing you enter is stored or sent anywhere.
What this check looks at
Eligibility is intentionally broad — the program is designed to work for communities of many shapes and sizes.
A couple of organizers
Two or more neighbors helping coordinate keeps momentum going. It can be a board member, a resident volunteer, or both.
Association optional
An active HOA makes board adoption easy, but resident-led neighborhoods take part all the time. No association is required.
No commitment
Checking eligibility carries no obligation. Registration starts a conversation — participation is always voluntary.
