Registration does not guarantee program acceptance, and the program does not guarantee crime reduction, insurance savings, property value increases, or any specific security outcome. Our Summerville subdivision has no HOA yet. Can we still register?
Yes. An HOA is not required. Resident organizers can register the neighborhood and a program contact will follow up with them directly.
Does the program cover neighborhoods in both Dorchester and Berkeley counties?
Registrations are accepted from communities in and around Summerville regardless of which county line the subdivision falls on.
How many homes does a neighborhood need?
There is no fixed minimum. The registration form asks for an approximate home count so a program contact can discuss what participation would look like at your community's size.
