Totality Secure™ Safe Neighborhoods Program™Areas we serve
Charleston-area streets have always looked out for each other. The Totality Secure™ Safe Neighborhoods Program™ brings that up to date, connecting the cameras, doorbells, and lighting residents already have into one coordinated picture. We work with whole residential communities in the Charleston, South Carolina area — subdivisions, townhome and condo communities, older in-town streets, and HOAs where a community has one. Pick your city to see how enrollment works locally.
Each page covers the community types in that city and how residents get started.
Downtown streets, West Ashley and James Island subdivisions, and Daniel Island communities can enroll as a whole neighborhood.
Subdivisions and HOA-managed communities east of the Cooper can enroll through their board or resident organizers.
Growing Dorchester County subdivisions and older in-town streets can both take part as a community.
Established neighborhoods, newer subdivisions, and multi-family communities can all enroll as a whole community.
We serve residential communities as a service-area program and do not operate a walk-in office. Participation is voluntary. Registration does not guarantee program acceptance, and the program does not guarantee crime reduction, insurance savings, or any specific safety outcome. It does not replace local law enforcement or emergency services.
