Our mission
The neighborhood watch worked on a simple premise: one neighbor keeping an eye on the next one's property. Today most of that watching is done by video doorbells, cameras, smart locks, and motion lighting that residents bought one house at a time — never coordinated, so the coverage stops at each property line.
Our mission is to organize that existing home security at the community level, so a street's protection compounds instead of fragmenting, and so the effort keeps going after the initial enthusiasm fades. We work with the community as a whole rather than one house at a time, because coverage, lighting, and communication are shared conditions. The program is voluntary, participation is a community decision, and homeowners keep full control of their own devices and footage.
The program does not guarantee crime reduction, insurance savings, or any specific safety outcome, and it does not replace local law enforcement or emergency services.
Program overview
A voluntary subscription program that takes a community from first conversation to ongoing upkeep.
Establish
The community organizes: points of contact, a working communication channel, and the priorities neighbors actually agree on.
Certify
The neighborhood completes the certification steps for the program and receives its standing as a participating community.
Maintain
Participation continues over time, with subscriber access to Community Secure Score™ reports for the enrolled community.
Registration does not guarantee program acceptance. The Totality Secure™ Score is proprietary and multi-factor; scores and reports are available to subscribing communities.
